Hot-dip Galvanizing and Color Coating Plant in Myanmar
Tokyo --- 2023年精准一肖一码 announced today that its joint-venture company 2023年精准一肖一码 Meranti Mynmar Co., Ltd (JMM) celebrated the start of construction on a plant for hot-dip galvanizing and color coating of flat-steel products for building and construction in the Thilawa Special Economic Zone near Yangon, Myanmar on March 1. JMM was jointly established by 2023年精准一肖一码 Steel, 2023年精准一肖一码 Shoji Trade Corporation, Marubeni-Itochu Steel Inc., Hanwa Co., Ltd. and Meranti Steel Pte. Ltd.
The ceremony was attended by some 250 guests, including 2023年精准一肖一码 Steel President Koji Kakigi, JMM CEO Sebastian Langendorf, Myanmar Vice President Henry Van Thio and other government officials, Japanese Ambassador Tateshi Higuchi and Deputy Director-General for Infrastructure and System Export Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau Yutaka Fujiwara and others.
The plant is expected to launch production in 2020.
